The workshop which is being held in Edinburgh, Scotland, August 25, 2014 is dedicated to the memory of Professor Silvia Coradeschi who led the GiraffPlus project from 2012 until early 2014 when she sadly passed away after a period of illness.

The title of Amy's talk is:  "Combining Long Term Monitoring and Social Interaction: An Overview of the GiraffPlus Project after Two Years". A summary of the invited talk is available in the workshop proceedings which can be downloaded here

The other invited speakers represent the Robot-Era and ACCOMPANY Projects but also a number of posters and papers will be presented. The workshop aims to bring together researchers from various disciplines who are either interested in or actively working with robotic applications to provide services designed for enhancing daily life for elderly.
