2013-02-21 Sweden´s Minister for Children and the Elderly visited Ängen

On 20 February Sweden´s Minister for Children and the Elderly, Maria Larsson, visited Ängens Research and Innovation Apartment in Örebro where the GiraffPlus system is tested. The Örebro university Robotics Researcher Amy Loutfi presented the research and development of the GiraffPlus system. Amy talked about how the Research and Innovation Apartment offers the opportunity to develop, test and demonstrate smart solutions to increase safety and independence for older people in the home.
